SE-54-09: The applicant, Milana Meshenberg and Deeah Riley, on behalf of T-Mobile South LLC., is requesting a special exception to locate a new telecommunication tower located on the northeast side of property immediately south of 3251 SW 26th Terrace. |

Description of Action |

Modification of condition from the January 12, 2010 approval that the applicant obtains FAA approval and confirmation from the FAA that the location and height of the tower will not prohibit the possibility of a north runway expansion at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport. The request is to delete the condition and to amend the stipulation in accordance with the findings from Site Safe rf Compliance Experts.
